Please read the following Terms and Conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and the use of this site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, Please do not use this site.
Purchasers must be Eighteen Years of Age or older.
It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.
All fireworks sold by Nightsky Pyrotechnics conform to British Standards BS7114 Part 2 1988 or CE reg EN15947, and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions supplied.
British Standard category 2 are labelled for a minimum spectator safety distance of 5 metres. Category 3 for a minimum spectator safety distance of 25 metres.
European Standard category 2 are labelled for a minimum of 8 metres, 15 metres or 20 metres. Category 3 for a minimum spectator safety distance of 25 metres.

Nightsky Partytime is a division of Nightsky Pyrotechnics.
All Invoices and receipts will be under the name Nightsky Pyrotechnics.
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT (20%).
Methods Of Payment
We accept all debit cards and most credit cards apart from Diners club and American Express.
Delivery information of fireworks
Due to the explosive content of fireworks, our courier charges cost us more than ordinary deliveries. Therefore in an effort to keep your costs down, we subsidise our customers delivery cost. This does not reflect the packaging costs incurred by us. Please make sure that when you confirm a delivery address, there will be someone (aged 18 years or older) at that address to receive and sign for delivery. (Proof of identity may be required). Enabling us and our delivery service providers to get the items to you.
Under normal circumstances and for packages sent by our delivery service company, our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the goods. If after the first attempt deliver cannot be completed the package will be returned to our head office. We will not leave packages (fireworks) outside or with neighbours. Should it be necessary for our delivery partner to attempt delivery a second time, an extra charge will apply. Payment will always before taken before dispatch.

If you live locally and would like to collect your order from us. Please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready, and no charge will be made. Please allow working days for your order to be processed.
Once you have received your order, please check all packages carefully within 3 days. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents.
Please be advised that our busy periods are between the months of October to December, Due to the amount of orders processed during this time.
This is an extremely busy time for the firework industry.
For orders required for 5th November, our deliveries will take place from early October. This will ensure we have time to process any issues that may be incurred.
In the event of our products being delivered to you damaged, Please take photographs and please notify immediately on 01704880016 or via email email@example.com. So we can arrange a replacement/collection of the damaged goods or a refund.
Nightsky Pyrotechnics Returns Policy (Fireworks)
If you wish to return any unwanted item(s) please keep the item(s) in a clean condition, with all the original packaging for a refund, within 14 days from date of delivery.
Due to UK Firework Regulation on the transportation of hazardous goods, unwanted item(s) you wish to return will incur a returns delivery charge. Equal to our outbound delivery charges. To return item(s) you must contact us, so we can arrange our courier to collect returned item(s).
If you collected your order, you must contact us to arrange an appointment to return unwanted item(s) to our office.
Return of damaged /faulty goods.
For damaged goods on delivery, please contact us as per delivery information Ref: Damaged goods, to deal with your enquiry.
Goods that are damaged /faulty
Nightsky Pyrotechnics shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages, that result from the use of, or the inability of the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Refunds Once your item(s) have been received and processed, we will return any monies owed onto the original payment account.

Return or exchange item(s)/ exchange your order.
If you want to return or exchange products, as long as we receive them back at our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery in a re sellable condition, We are sorry but we do not accept returns on personalised products and helium canisters. Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty or wrongly supplied.
Please enclose invoice number and reason for return.
